The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution by @Deciem is a chemical exfoliating toner. Glycolic Toning Solution includes glycolic acid, rose flower water, Panax ginseng root and Tasmanian pepper berry.
Exfoliating allows your skin to renew itself by removing the dead skin cells/sebum helps your skincare products penetrate deeper into the skin and achieve brighter skin. Chemical exfoliators like AHA & BHA can be more gentle than a physical scrub.
